1. Describe your project, your place, and its inhabitants (including animals): We are a small plant nursery on the west coast of Scotland, supplying trees, shrubs, perennials, vegetable plants and vegetables to local communities. 2. List the activities that WWOOFers will participate in and what you want to teach them: Taking cuttings and plant division, potting on plants, helping to maintain and keep the garden tidy, growing vegetables in our raised beds and polytunnel, and management of our oak woodland, including helping to make new paths. Helping with our small flock of chickens. 3. What could a WWOOFer's day look like at your site (time slot for participation in activities, expectations...)? Starting around 10 am, mornings spent around the display area, re-stocking and making new plants, or potting on existing ones. Moving plants around so that seasonal plants are highlighted. After lunch, afternoons working in and around the garden and woodlands, mainly on general maintenance. 4. Play the guide! Talk about your own hobbies (music, cooking, etc.) and those possible around (hiking, swimming, etc.):

Had a lovely 11 days with Gill and Martin, felt welcome from the get go and ate some of the best meals I've ever had. Work was varied, Gill was accommodating by allowing us to swap tasks when it was raining/midgy. The house is warm and comfortable, with three dogs, two cats, one bearded dragon and one mystery reptile, all of whom are lovely. Thank you both!

It was great to meet Gill and Martin, they have some very interesting stories and I really enjoyed my time in glenborrodale with 2 other woofers. Gill made some amazing meals! We did some work around the nursery and garden and when there were a lot of midgies we cleared rhododendron in the woodland where we could make a fire to keep them away. I enjoyed the work, exploring the area and spending time with their three collies. Thank you for the stay!

Gill is a great cook, the accomodation is lovely, garden and landscape are awsome. I weeded the plantpots, stacked firewood, gathered flown away plastics, transplanted the young cabbage seedlings and watered the greenhouses. Unfortunately we rarely worked together. Most times I've got tasks to do on my own. So I was very glad when two more woofers arrived.

Gill and Martin are two very welcoming hosts. We spent a week and a half at the nursery where we weeded, repotted plants, and prepared the polytunnel for spring. The weather was relatively nice, which allowed us to explore the area around the nursery, and it's truly a beautiful region. Our hosts also have many very friendly animals! Gill is an exceptional cook; we enjoyed delicious meals every day. Thank you again to you both, and all the best! Clem and Alexy

Gill and Martin are wonderful people. They made me feel very at home and their dogs are a blast to be around. The area is very beautiful and I enjoyed going for walks around the village. The nursery was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to work with the plants that Gill was growing and weed the gardening areas.
